![]() ![]() In Nederland werkten we samen met Albert Heijn in een campagne rondom de Goedzak. The collected toys are then to be donated to less fortunate children through local initiatives chosen by the AH franchise, where the full bags can be dropped off. Encouraging them to take a good look at the toys they have lying around the house, and fill up a AH-Goedzak with toys the kids are ready to part with. The AH + Goedzak bags are aimed at parents and kids. More than 1 million Albert Heijn+Goedzak bags promoting selflessness and stimulating reuse of toys. We teamed up with Netherlands biggest retailer for a nation-wide Goedzak-campaign. Samen met Albert Heijn is Goedzak op nationale schaal ingezet. In samenwerking met Stichting Doen is Goedzak ingezet in Gemeente Eindhoven en Gemeente Amsterdam. Goedzak is ontwikkeld uit de inzichten die uit dit onderzoek naar voren kwamen. Met altruïstisch gedrag als uitgangspunt onderzochten we vanuit verschillende disciplines welke omstandigheden effect hebben op dit type gedrag. ![]() Goedzak is het resultaat van een onderzoeksproject naar hoe positief gedrag door productontwerp gestimuleerd kan worden. Dit maximaliseert de levensduur van producten, en minimaliseert de impact. ![]() Goedzak creëert een nieuwe (non-)afvalstroom die voorafgaat aan hergebruik en recycling. Half knalgeel en half transparant vormt de Goedzak een podium voor deze spullen, en een podium voor het altruïstische gedrag van buurtgenoten. Goedzak creates a new (non)waste-stream that precedes recycling and eventually discarding, keeping the integrity of the products in tact an maximising the lifecycle. The remainder of the goods are at the end of the day collected by the second hand store (or service from the city) to be either sold or recycled. Passers-by can then take from the bag anything to their liking. The bright yellow colour will attract attention, while the transparent side of the bag will reveal the content without the need for rummaging through the bag. People can then fill up the bag and place it outside on the pavement, no different from taking out the trash. With the bag people also receive information and an explanation on how to use Goedzak. ![]() Goedzakken (the bags) are distributed in a specific area. Collaborating parties ideally are the municipality and a local second hand store, or a local non-profit initiative who benefits from the left-over products. So far, we’ve set up Goedzak-projects together with the city of Eindhoven, a larger scale project with the city of Amsterdam and on a national scale with Albert Heijn. But perhaps even more importantly It offers a very visual stage to social deeds when street are lightened up by bright yellow bags, and your neighbours taking the time and making the effort to fill up a bag and offer their surplus stuff to the neighbourhood. Goedzak is a carrier of a sustainable message. Soms worden deze spullen bewaard, soms verkocht. Iedereen heeft thuis nog wel wat spullen liggen die eigenlijk nooit meer worden gebruikt. Goedzak-projecten zijn opgezet met de gemeenten Eindhoven en Amsterdam, en op nationale schaal met Albert Heijn. Goedzak is een laagdrempelige manier om duurzaam gedrag te stimuleren en nog bruikbare spullen met je omgeving te delen. And we're always on the lookout for new allies.
